- Minister of Finance and the Public Service - Mr. Audley Shaw
- Minister without (w/o) Portfolio in the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service - Mr. Don Wehby (former 2nd in command at Grace Kennedy and Co. Ltd.- the largest company in Jamaica in terms of annual revenues)
- Minister w/o Portfolio in Ministry of Finance and the Public Service - Mr. Dwight Nelson
- Minister w/o Portfolio in the Ministry of Planning and Development, in the Office of the Prime Minister - Mr. James Robertson
- Minister of National Security - Mr. Derrick Smith
- Minister of Industry and Commerce - Mr. Karl Samuda
- Minister of Energy, Mining and Telecommunications - Mr. Clive Mullings
- Minister of Education - Mr. Andrew Holness
- Minister of Health and the Environment - Mr. Ruddy Spencer
- Minister of Transport and Works - Mr. Mike Henry
- Minister of Labour and Social Security - Mr. Pearnel Charles
