The remaining four of five Jamaican athletes who tested positive for a banned substance, underwent a grueling 8-hour and 15-minute trial today.
They appeared before the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO) Disciplinary Panel, who will make their final decision re the fate of these athletes within 72 hours.
Sheri-Ann Brooks' case will most likely go to a Tribunal, since JADCO is reviewing the decision to clear her name, made by their own Disciplinary Panel on Wednesday.

Do you notice something?
We've had to retract the name of the banned substance, as we've heard that the substance in question is not methylxanthine, as previously thought.
GWAP Blog will inform you of the subtance's name, when it has been verified by JADCO and will continue to keep you updated re the above events.
(I would like to thank darrenjsylvester for the use of his Flickr inset photo above, entitled, "Courtroom Detail". It is of a gavel with the scales of justice in the background).
