Rev. Al Miller appeared in court, today, as scheduled, but his case was postponed to September 23...as the prosecution said that there are still outstanding statements to be received.
Rev. Miller's bail was extended to that time.
This is the second time that Rev. Miller's case is being postponed. It was previously postponed on July 2, to today, as a statement needed to complete the case file was still outstanding on July 2.
He's out on $200,000 bail.
