Television Jamaica is reporting breaking news this afternoon:
Andrew Holness, Jamaica's Prime Minister-Designate is to be sworn is as Jamaica's 9th Prime Minister (PM) on Sunday October 23,2011.
This bit of news was released by Jamaica House on behalf of current Jamaican PM Bruce Golding at a meeting convened with government Members of Parliament (MPs), this afternoon.
This Swearing-In Ceremony will take place at Kings House at 4:00 p.m.

(Now does this mean that a General Elections will be called at the JLP Annual Party Conference on November 19-20?
It seems very likely, as it is being reported that the Jamaican government has issued directives and the funds to the Electoral Office of Jamaica, to prepare for a General Elections this year).
