Today is the third day of the ISSA-Grace Kennedy Boys' and Girls 'Champs 2012.
Venue: National Stadium
(Boys and Girls' Champs, is the premier track and field event for High School students in Jamaica. Its main sponsor is Grace Kennedy).
The featured event for the night session was the:
Class 1 Boys' 100m (For Boys Aged 17-19 Years old)
- A false start expelled Wolmer's Boys School from the race, leaving the field wide open
- Dark horse - Delano Williams from the Turks and Caicos Islands and who attends Munro College, won in 10.44 secs
- Favorite - Jaleel Murphy, came 2nd in 10.46 secs.
In the Girls' Equivalent (Class 1 Girls' 100m)
Palmer and Williams from Herbert Morrison, placed 1st and 2nd respectively. (Times to be ascertained).
Record Broken Girls 100m Class 3
Record broken in Class 3 Girls 100m by Shauna Helps from Wolmer's Girls. She set the new class 3 record of 11:50 secs.

Boys' and Girls' Champs 2012 ends tomorrow - this is the featured day, with the finals of most events taking place.
There will be heightened tension for the relays - as these will determine the ultimate winners for Champs 2012.
